AIDA 1 STAR

AIDA 2 STARS

AIDA 1 & 2 COMBO

The most popular way to start freediving, this combined 3.5-day course covers both AIDA 1 and 2 Star certifications, providing a solid foundation in freediving techniques.

Basic freediving theory: understanding pressure, breath-hold techniques, and equalization.

Safety skills: how to buddy up, proper rescue techniques, and dive planning.

  – Relaxation and breathing exercises to extend your breath-hold and improve performance.

  – Hands-on training in shallow water, gradually progressing to deeper dives up to 10-20 meters.

AIDA 3 STARS

Refine your skills and push your limits with our AIDA 3 Stars Freediver course

Ready to dive deeper and enhance your technique? The AIDA 3 Star course expands on freediving theory, physiology, and advanced techniques, while improving your safety and rescue skills. The course includes three theory sessions, two pool sessions, and many open water dives.

AIDA International

AIDA International  

Founded in 1992, AIDA is the global authority for competitive freediving, organizing top international competitions and verifying world records. It promotes the development of freediving techniques and safe training for recreational divers. Many renowned freedivers, such as William Trubridge, Carlos Coste, and Guillaume Nery, Alexei Molchanov are AIDA members.

AIDA courses are structured into four levels, each advancing your skills in dynamic, static, and constant weight freediving. Certification is earned by meeting specific skill requirements at each stage.

AIDA 4 STARS

Reach new depths of confidence and skill with the AIDA 4 Star course, the highest level for non competitive freedivers. Learn advanced techniques for deeper diving and body conditioning, pushing your freediving abilities to the limit. The course includes two theory sessions, two pool sessions, and many open water dives.

This course is aimed at experienced freedivers looking to push their limits and reach new depths. You’ll focus on advanced techniques, including equalization, deep diving, and the mental aspects of freediving

What You’ll Learn:

  – Advanced equalization techniques, such as Frenzel and mouthfill, to safely dive deeper.

  – Specialized breathing techniques and mental training to improve relaxation and performance.

  – Deep water rescue skills and safety protocols for advanced dives.

  – Dive to depths of 35-40 meters or more, depending on your skill level and comfort.
